I would like to start with this quote today:
“However difficult life may seem, there is always something you can do and succeed at.” Stephen Hawking
I admire this man who had endless challenges in his life and still he managed to succeed on so many levels. If only we would all have this courage and strength for life and appreciate what we have we would all be much happier. To make the most of what we have and stop complaining about what we do not have. That would put a very different perspective on our lives.
I have planned lots of things in my life and so far I cannot complain. What I have set my mind to, I have achieved so far and I still have so much that I want to do and I will do. Although, I do hand up on things sometimes and I feel that I have wasted my time to feel sorry for myself, unfortunately it is human nature that we do this. The main thing is that, you can plan as much as you want and of course it is good to have your goals in life, but you also have to be prepared to fail and plan how you are going to stand up from these failures.
There are lots of famous people who have failed, and they have failed many times. If you just think some of the recent failures of Richard Brandson; he still doesn’t give up. He’s determination drives him and his team to succeed and achieve his goals.
I would like to think of myself as a very determent person. I have had many obstacles in my life but that doesn’t stop me to still go ahead and fulfil my goals. Plans change and your life changes. We have to learn to adapt to these changes and set new directions. Here is another quote that inspired me:
“Intelligence is the ability to adapt to change.” Stephen Hawking
<img src="http://www.yourcoachforlife.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/adapt-to-change-200×300.jpg" alt="adapt to change" width="200" height="300" class=" size-medium wp-image-517 aligncenter" srcset="http://www.yourcoachforlife.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/adapt-to-change-200×300.jpg 200w, http://www.yourcoachforlife une pilule viagra.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/adapt-to-change.jpg 426w” sizes=”(max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px” />
So think about your life, when things don’t go to plan, there is still another way to achieve your goals. Don’t give up; don’t waste your energy on the things that didn’t work. Focus on the “new” things, the new direction in your life and all the opportunities that will bring to you.
Today, you can list five of your negative feelings; in the next column you can list the five opposite/reverse of that negative feeling with a positive action. For example, I have lost my job but it opens up new opportunities. Things happen for a reason and you are directed to where you should be. So go ahead and give it a try, see how your thoughts will change.
