When you hit the stage of rock bottom and realise your loss – as it has been described in yesterday’s blog – that is the worst it will get for how you feel about the whole world. There is nothing anybody can do to make you feel better apart from you working on your small steps of acceptance and forward actions.
You might not feel like doing anything, but you are only going to get better if you make some changes in your life and the way you approach things.Watch Full Movie Online Streaming Online and Download
When I got to this stage, and I remember someone told me – “Oh we can review this and that in 3 months time” – I thought gosh, how am I going to survive that long? 3 months seemed like an eternity and every day was dragging like it’s never going to end. I was literally wishing my life away.
I knew it wasn’t right but I couldn’t bring myself to do anything about it.
Then I decided to do some research about different points of views on life, purpose and meaning. That’s when I found out more about spirituality, Buddhism and then later on about yoga. It helped me a great deal to find a different approach to how I see life and people in it. You might find your own way of discovering the best way forward for you. As long as you try and do something about it, you will feel better to find your way.
Soon after that, I got myself a life coach. I thought – yes I’m in a bad shape and I do need help but I do not need a counselling session, I’m strong enough to fight this on my own, as I have always been an independent woman.
So between my yoga, meditation (and believe me I was very sceptical about it) and my life coach, I found my purpose and what I really wanted to do with my life. A totally new life: new career, new job, new thinking and a new me.
On my journey, I discovered my limitless potential and all the things I wanted to achieve. And here I am, with my new career, writing my first book and I know exactly where I want to be.

“You fall, you rise, you make mistakes, you live, you learn. You’re human, not perfect. You’ve been hurt, but you’re alive. Think of what a precious privilege it is to be alive – to breathe, to think, to enjoy, and to chase the things you love. Sometimes there is sadness in our journey, but there is also lots of beauty. We must keep putting one foot in front of the other even when we hurt, for we will never know what is waiting for us just around the bend.” – Unknown
