Are you having a bad day? We all have that sometimes. Don’t fight it just accept it.
When you think it’s all going well and what good progress you have made so far, then usually we have some set backs… These are real de-motivational events, and of course it’s tough to stand back up again after all we have been through already. This is all part of the process and you probably know this, you’ve heard it all before and find it annoying.
This is the time when you take out your journal of confidence and read it until you pick yourself up and carry on with life. This collection of compliments and achievements is the proof that you can do all this.

You are a strong person but perhaps you need a cheerleader to push you on to reach your dreams and goals. The cheerleader should be not be a family member or a friend, its best you have someone who can support you unconditionally, look at your challenges in live from the outside, and ask you the right questions for triggering your thoughts for decision. This is when life coaches come handy.
So accept that your day is not going the way you have planned it. I always say; tomorrow is another day. Sometimes it’s the best not to do anything about it, relax and try to avoid your frustration about this whole thing. There is a saying: You have to fight through some bad days to earn the best days of your life.
Well, fight is a little overstatement as I just said and encouraged you the opposite, however living through these days are agony and it would seem like a fight…
I do have my comfort films and songs which help me get through rough days. You might want to find something that could soothe and comfort you in these situations; a friend who is a good listener and is able to watch a good film with you. Maybe a lovely bath with a pampering routine if that’s your thing, or a relaxing, no obligation to chat to anyone, latte / cappuccino in the nearby cafe with your favourite magazine to read. Meditation, yoga and whatever triggers your happiness, it’s your choice.
Take your mind off the day; it doesn’t matter what anybody else thinks. So let me finish for today by saying:
