Believe in yourself and your abilities…

“Better the devil you know”- what a familiar saying viagra 4 pilules. Most of us feel that we have to stay in the usual routine or lifestyle that we lead. It’s well known, kind of safe and you’d rather stay in familiar surroundings – doesn’t matter how bad it is – than going into the unknown. We have a fear of the unknown, the fear of failure. However, doing the same or having the same approach will not bring us what we desire and are certainly not going to bring us happiness (that is of course if you are unhappy in your current life).

You might not have confidence just now and feel lost. You might not trust most of your actions or just too scared to make those life changing decisions.

When I got made redundant, my husband left me and my grandmother died – this is all in a period of three months – I really lost my self-belief and I felt that life could never be good again. I really needed to figure out what I’m going to do next with my life, my work and how the best way forward is for my children.
I needed to be strong, yet I was exhausted. I needed a purpose, yet I was de-motivated, lost and uninterested in life all together. Days went by just in a monotonous routine and I was wishing every day away.
Then I started to think about what really makes me happy and what I really want to do, when I realised that I will need a totally new life, new job and new career. One day when I was doing my yoga, it just all became clear and I knew what I wanted. I still had my fear what people going to thing about my idea but I just did it anyway because my gut instinct said this is going to be good. I had to believe it.

Why do we care so much about what others think of us or what they think of our actions? Everyone fails at some point in life, most of us fail lots of times but as long as you keep trying and don’t give up, you will have a chance for a better life.
Seeing friends and family for support is great but they are not necessarily going to support you with your new life goals. They might think it’s too much of a risk because they are too scared too. They are scared for you.  So the best thing is if you can talk your new visions and ideas through with someone less emotionally attached to you.

Small steps forward will take you closer to your goals. That’s all you have to do, just make that one small step.Watch movie online The Transporter Refueled (2015)

So, what’s going to be your first step? Something which relates to your values and comes easily. You might think it needs to be a “big” thing but actually it doesn’t, just let it happen naturally.
