Confidence is your new best friend…

Confidence is something that can take you a long way. Believe me when I say that lots of people are not as confident as they may seem but they are very good with their body language and show gratitude for themselves.
Sometimes is an act, that’s all. Going out there with the head up high with a brave smile on their face and shake your hands firmly. Well, we can do that too for sure.

You might think that this is never going to be you; a confident person, walking head up high with a big smile on their face. But of course it is. Don’t underestimate yourself. Confidence is like a muscle, the more you use it, the stronger it gets.

Can you think of your role model or a famous actor / actress who you really admire and you wish you could be the same?
Write out all the things that you like about them. Their hair, body, the way they walk, the way the talk, their eyes, the way they dress, their actions, etc. Now, let’s think about this for a few minutes, because I really don’t think that you have written down anything that is unrealistic for you to achieve.

You have a unique way you walk, talk, look and dress. Anything you want to improve, you can set yourself some targets – small ones – to achieve. Think with the mindset that you are already more than good enough and that you only have to make small tweaks to suit yourself.

At the end of the day, it is all on the mindset. The way we think, the way we act. So please, head up high, shoulders back and have a smile to go with it. Think that you are a superstar.
