What is coaching?
Life coaching is a truly transformational experience; I’m speaking from my heart. It’s very liberating when you get to the stage to be able to trust your own ability to make decisions.
By listening to you, I can guide you to take actions, give you tools to discover yourself and your strength to allow you to become that strong person you desire to be.
Coaching is where we look at the “now” together, where we can take the positive experience from the past and apply it to our everyday life. You can trust me as it’s a confidential service, and as your coach I’m not going to judge you, only 100% support you to be able to make those difficult or life changing decisions.
How does coaching work?
Coaching mostly takes place on the phone in 30 or 60 minute sessions. You book in advance for an allocated time to call and it’s a quick way to get right to the problem or goals. Face to face coaching can also be arranged.
It’s my job to help you clarify your goal and then come up with doable strategies that will effortlessly get you to where you want to be.
As your life coach I will be:

- Available in between sessions for free email coaching to keep you continually supported
- Constantly inspiring and motivating you along the way
- Giving you a completely confidential service
- A hand to hold or rocket fuel if you need it
- Offering unconditional support throughout the coaching process
- Always providing creative ways of helping you
- Believing in you even when you don’t
How many sessions will I need?
That depends on what you would like to achieve. I would recommend minimum 6 one hour sessions (this can be split to 12 half hour sessions too) of coaching in order to see real change and improvement.
How often should I have the sessions?
I work with the client’s needs. Usually clients like one session a week initially to kick-start their development and then fewer and fewer as they reach their goal.
Is it like therapy?
No, it’s not like therapy or counselling and I’m not a miracle worker either. I may look to your past to see what might be holding you back but coaching is dynamic as it works in the here and now and gives you a practical route to where you want to be.
When can I start?
You can start any time and at any pace suitable for you.
